Seated Leg Raise – This is another great exercise for your thighs. This one works on the front of the thighs. You need a sturdy chair for the exercise as it is performed sitting down. It is better if the chair has handles so that you can rest your hands. Once you are sitting in the correct position slowly extend your right leg until it is level with your thighs and hold it there for 30 seconds. Now lower your leg and repeat the exercise with your other leg.

Seated Bridge – The seated bridge exercise works the back of your thighs and is done on a sturdy chair with arm rests as with the previous exercise.
